ABOUT US
Based in Northern Ireland, we are a young company that want to harness the power
of mother nature and her natural resources, coupled with readily available materials to help renew our most valuable commodity - our land.
We want to increase our partners yields and sequester hundreds of thousands of
tonnes of Carbon by using the most important constituent of the whole process

Our soil.
WHAT WE ARE GOING TO DO & WHEN
UK & IRELAND
We are rolling out trials in the coming months across the UK & Ireland using a methodology called
Enhanced Rock Weathering to find out the following:

The impact of using crushed concrete and natural basalt on farmland to find their potential on influencing the PH of soils.

The impact they have on yields on lands where they are applied.

The positive effect it can have in reducing dependency on extensive fertiliser application and also potentially become a replacement for Lime.

Their carbon sequestration benefits and how it can be of benefit to both the wider environment and the actual farms/agribusinesses that we are partnered with in the future.
PORTUGAL
Our "Terra Vida "model by planting Opuntia Ficus-indica on degraded non productive land parcels with the intention of regeneration of soils, sequestration of CO2 whilst growing a circular business economy model from our endeavours.
OUR MISSION
Renovar Carbon is a mission-driven company.
Our focus is on delivering our target of removing 1,000,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide by 2040.
But we hope we achieve more.

The money we make through selling carbon credits is going to be reinvested in sourcing, testing and spreading more concrete and basalt products to remove more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Our plan going forward is to use the model we develop here to enhance other forms of carbon sequestration.
